이 시리즈는 성인이 된 나에게도 가르침을 준다. 사람들은 때로 자신이 예상하지 못했던 대로 상황이 흘러가는 것을 목격한다. 그럴때는 마음을 차분히 가라앉히고 생각하는 연습을 해야 한다. 물론 어떨 때는 화를 표출해야 할 때도 있다. 그럴 때는 나 자신에게 해가 되거나 남에게 해를 끼치는 일은 피하는 편이 좋다. 오히려 화를 운동을 하거나 다른 방식으로 표출하는 편이 더 좋다. 결국 우리는 '분노'가 자연스러운 감정임을 받아들여야 한다. 그리고 분노를 긍정적인 방식으로 표출할 수 있도록 노력해야 한다.

Avoid bothering anyone else while you are crying, yelling, jumping up and down, or hitting things.
When you are angry you might need to go outside.
Or you might need to go into a room by yourself and close the door.
'I feel like screaming. I'd better go outside.'
Remeber that everyone gets angry.
Feeling angry is okay.
