요약

아이들 등교의 교통 정리는 맡던 Maggie는 어느날 한 학부모의 바지를 실수로 찢게 된다. 아침에 기분이 나쁜 상태로 아이를 데려주고 있었던 그 아이의 아버지는 Maggie의 실수로 더욱더 기분이 나빠진다. 그리고 학교에 항의를 한다. 결국 Maggie를 head-teacher에 의해 학교에서 잘린다. 그러나 그녀가 너무 그리운 아이들이 학교 횡단보도 앞에서 strike를 하고, 그녀는 다시 복직 된다.

“Just give me back my crossing”

“I should never have listened to Mr. Watkins,” said Mrs Biggs. “The crossing is yours as long as you want it.”

 

Mr. Grudge was sent off to be a Traffic Light Mender.

And Sam Watkins was the happiest of all because everybody wanted to be his friend again.

But Maggie is now very careful where she turns cartwheels!
