Harvest Time

 

Little Critter 시리즈는 재미있으면서도 교훈적이다. Litter Critter는 완벽하진 않더라도 항상 가족들을 도우려고 한다. 아이들이 성장하면서 책 속의 내용만이 아니라 집안일 하는 것도 배워야 하기에 이 책의 내용이 특히 좋다고 생각한다. Frist Readers 책들은 난이도가 어렵지 않고 글씨도 크기 때문에 그림책 읽는 아이들에게 권하면 좋을 책이라고 생각한다.

 

 

First, we go to the pumpkin patch. Gradpa shows us to how to clip the pumpkins from the vines. 잘라내다.

 

We load the trailer full of pumpkins.

 

Next, we go for a hayride. Little Sister and I ride on the hay bales in the trailer. Our ride ends at the barn. We stack the bales of hay inside.

I take a big bite. It's crunchy and sour!

Last, we wash all the garden tools so that they'll be clean for the spring.

 

Little Sister rolls the dough. I can't wait until the pies are ready!

 

I don't mind the hard work, as long as there's apple pie for dessert!
