줄거리 발레를 함께 배우는 두 친구의 이야기. 이들은 호두까기 인형 공연을 위해 배역을 놓고 겨룬다. 둘 다 주인공 배역을 맡고 싶기 때문이다. 그러나 친구를 위해 일부러 선발시험에서 실수를 한다. 결국 주인공은 이들보다 나이가 많은 다른 친구가 맡는다. 그리고 이들은 눈꽃 배역을 맡는다. 주인공은 아니지만 이들은 서로 같은 배역을 맡게 되어서 기뻐한다. 생각해 보기 선발시험을 위해서 두 친구는 어떤 결정을 내렸는가?
